Dispute resolution
For consumer disputes, the European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Disputes not resolved informally fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland (see Terms § 10).
