Will I be locked in?
No. You can export everything as PDF or JSON on any day. The export includes attachments and the full audit trail.
What about a clinic licence?
A clinic-side workspace is coming. Pilot interest at hello@loki.vet — we’ll send you the LOI.
VAT and receipts?
Swiss VAT is shown on every invoice. Receipts are downloadable from settings and emailed automatically.
Can I cancel any day?
Yes. You keep your record either way; cancellation only stops the recurring charge and limits new pet creation back to the Free tier.
